Alex Stoerger

Alex completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training after falling in love with the benefits her own yoga practice yielded.

With a background in early intervention and years of experience supporting caregivers of young children with diverse needs, Alex understands the importance of helping others find opportunities for stillness and nervous system down-regulation.


Alex loves connecting with members of our community and is excited to share the practice of yoga with them and support them to realize yoga’s benefits beyond the physical.


Her restorative practice blends gentle dynamic movement, longer-held poses supported by props, breath awareness, and meditation.
