Keri

Keri discovered yoga in 2006 while living in the Cayman Islands. What began as a physical practice quickly became something deeper, bringing greater strength, stillness, and connection. After completing her 200-hour teacher training, she began teaching yoga to resort guests and continued exploring different styles and traditions.

Keri’s journey ultimately led her to Rod Stryker and the Tantric tradition, where she found a practice that beautifully integrates asana, breath, mantra, meditation, and energy. Yoga extends far beyond the mat—it is a way of weaving spirituality into everyday life (even the mundane), helping us recognize our inner luminosity and share it with the world.

Keri moved to Miami in 2019 with her husband and their two boys, who are now teenagers. During COVID, she discovered Susie’s classes online. After taking a brief leave to work in the public school system, Keri is excited to return to the yoga community and share her practice once again.

Her classes are grounded, thoughtfully sequenced, mindful, and breath-centered, creating space for students to move with intention, connect with their breath, and find a sense of calm both on and off the mat.
